We are thrilled to launch Oxfam’s new Global Strategy: “Fighting for a Feminist and Gender-Just World”, which sets our direction towards feminist futures and lasting gender justice for all. Do look at the trail-mail for more details.

The Gender Justice Strategy has the important goals to ‘Advance Feminist Transformation and System Change‘ as well as ‘Centre Decolonial and Feminist Practice in our Organisation‘ and ‘Amplify, Support and Enable Feminist Movements and Leadership‘. The Strategy also provides for the ‘Feminist Economic and Climate Just Transformation‘ framing which so relevant to our work. I would urge you to go through the strategy document and do circulate it widely among your networks.

As part of taking forward the strategy, we recently had a face-to-face workshop on a ‘A Decolonial Feminist Approach to Climate Justice’ which was very engaging and led to strategic consensus building on a roadmap towards this.
